? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a well known, five-star luxury private game reserve in Mpumalanga for a dedicated, hands-on and hospitality-driven ???? ????? ?????? Our client operates in a five-star private game reserves, consistently recognised for exceptional game viewing, intimate luxury hospitality and a deeply personalised guest experience. This is a wonderful opportunity for two professionals to build a shared career in a stunning bushveld setting, living on-property and playing an integral role in maintaining the very high standards this reserve is known for. The couple will jointly fulfil two distinct but complementary roles. The Maintenance Manager will lead the full maintenance operation – covering buildings, electrical, waterworks, boreholes, vehicle workshop, fire alarm and suppression systems, septic and drainage infrastructure, and OHS compliance – managing a hands-on team and working within an approved budget. Simultaneously, the Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the housekeeping team to deliver immaculate guest suites and public areas, overseeing linen and equipment management, maintaining brand standards and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative functions. Individual applications for either role will be considered, though a couple placement is strongly preferred. ???????????? Maintenance Manager · Proven experience in a lodge, estate or reserve maintenance management role, with solid hands-on technical competence across electrical, building, plumbing and borehole systems. · Practical experience in vehicle and workshop management, including light vehicle, equipment and general mechanical servicing and repairs. · Confident in managing state-of-the-art water pump systems and fire alarm and suppression infrastructure; familiar with French drain, wetland and septic system maintenance. · Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements including Certificates of Compliance (COCs) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) legislation. · Budget-conscious with sound procurement, stock and expenditure management practices. Housekeeping Supervisor · Proven experience leading and managing a housekeeping team in a five-star lodge, hotel or hospitality environment. · Exceptional attention to detail with a thorough and consistent eye for cleanliness and presentation standards across guest suites, bathrooms and all public areas. · Competent in linen management, housekeeping equipment care and stock control. · Well-organised with solid administrative skills, including the ability to manage schedules, records and team reporting accurately. Both roles · Strong leadership skills, a good communicator, and the ability to lead from the front, motivate a team and maintain high standards under pressure. · Comfortable living and working on-property in a remote reserve environment; contactable references essential. ?????? – On application.
