Handle administrative duties including filing, data capturing, and stock tracking.
Assist with hosting duties during meal services and lodge activities.
Support management with daily operational tasks.
Maintain smooth coordination between housekeeping, kitchen, and activities teams.
Uphold company standards, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar lodge or hospitality role.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficient in NightsBridge and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Professional, well-presented, and service-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote lodge environment.
Local to the area or familiar with Mkuze
Previous experience in a lodge or remote hotel environment.
Knowledge of POS systems and stock control.
Hospitality qualification or relevant training.
Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused.
Calm under pressure with a can-do attitude.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Team player with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
