Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing key retail accounts and independent customer relationships.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the retail and stationery market.
- Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and merchandising reviews.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Promote premium local and imported stationery brands to increase market penetration.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2–3 years' proven external sales experience.
- Experience within FMCG, retail distribution, wholesale, office products, or stationery sales will be highly advantageous.
- Strong account management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Valid South African driver's license.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
