Job Description:
Remote Support
- Assist clients with workstation and printer issues remotely.
- Software/Application Support
- Managing the printing infrastructure.
- Hardware support
- Providing technical hardware support, repairing printers, managing waste toner errors, paper jams and all service-related errors on printers.
Toner Support
- Logging toner calls, replacing toners, replenishing stock, stock control.
- Onsite support
- Engaging with clients in person, participating in projects and special support requirements.
Reporting
- Application data capturing and processing. Supplying data to Management Team or end user based on requirements.
- Daily environmental checks.
VIP Support
- Providing high end technical support to Group Executives.
- Managing escalation tickets.
Monitoring
- Monitoring toner levels for all printer cartridges.
- Physical Hardware
- Network to the printer
Server Support
- Updates and Vulnerabilities
- Health Checks
- Reports
- Configurations
