Introduction
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Semi-Skilled Boilermaker to join a fixed-term position in the Meyerton area. The successful candidate will assist with fabrication, welding, maintenance and general boilermaking duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Fabrication and assembly of steel structures and components
• Welding, cutting, grinding and drilling
• Reading and working from basic engineering drawings
• General boilermaking and fabrication work
• Assist with maintenance and repairs
• Ensure work is completed safely and to the required quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12 / Matric preferred
• Boilermaking qualification or relevant practical experience
• Semi-skilled welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with MIG, ARC and/or CO₂ welding
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to work from drawings and measurements
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety
• Previous engineering/manufacturing experience advantageous
