This role is ideally suited to a passionate hospitality professional who combines strong leadership abilities with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. As Lodge Manager ; you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You will lead and support multiple departments, ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay from arrival through to departure. Working within a premier Big 5 destination, the successful candidate will oversee Front Office operations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Guest Relations, and staff management. This position requires a hands-on leader who enjoys being actively involved in operations while motivating and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be well organised, solutions-driven, and passionate about both Hospitality and the safari industry. You should be comfortable managing lodge operations, maintaining service standards, handling guest expectations, and supporting team members to achieve excellence in their respective departments.
