Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy - Assistant Head Guide / Senior Guide Madikwe; North West A luxury Safari operation in Madikwe is seeking an experienced Senior Guide / Assistant Head Guide to join its professional conservation and Hospitality team. The successful Guide will play an important leadership role within the guiding department, assisting with guide development, training, guest experiences, vehicle standards, and operational requirements. As the Assistant Head Guide ; you will be expected to lead by example in the field, ensuring that all guiding activities are conducted safely, professionally, and in line with established operational standards. You will assist in maintaining the quality of guest experiences across game drives, guided bush activities, and wildlife encounters while helping to uphold the property's reputation for excellence. This role requires a strong combination of guiding expertise, leadership ability, and guest interaction skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Guide and lodge management team to support daily operations, conduct guide assessments, assist with training programmes, oversee vehicle and equipment standards, and ensure compliance with all guiding and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will be passionate about conservation, have a strong understanding of wildlife ecology, and enjoy sharing knowledge with guests and fellow guides.
