The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple dining venues, delivering consistently high standards across à la carte service, buffet offerings, and outdoor functions for over 150 guests. The position requires a hands-on leader who is confident managing daily restaurant operations, guiding service teams, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences within a high-volume environment. Close collaboration with the culinary, bar, and wine teams is essential, with a strong focus on service flow, training, and attention to international service expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to grow within a structured food and beverage department, contributing to both operational excellence and team development. Requirements A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leadership role Proven experience managing high volume à la carte dining, buffet service, and multiple dining venues Strong understanding of international service standards and cultural service requirements Demonstrated leadership ability with experience training, mentoring, and managing waiter teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
