? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned safari operator running a small portfolio of intimate bush lodges in Limpopo for an experienced and guest-centric ??????????? ??????? ???????. Our client is a well-established, owner-managed safari operation with a collection of small, intimate bush lodges set in one of Limpopo's most sought-after wildlife regions. They are looking for a hands-on, hospitality-driven leader to step into the General Manager role and protect the warm, attentive guest experience the property has become known for. Based on-property and reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will take full operational accountability across the lodge group — overseeing all hospitality teams and service standards, running the day-to-day from check-ins and room checks through to stock control and supplier ordering, driving staff training and mentorship, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved seamlessly without affecting the guest stay, and curating the personal touches that turn a single visit into a returning guest. ???????????? Hospitality qualification (degree or diploma) preferred. Minimum 5 years' senior management experience within a 5-star, bush-based lodge environment. Proven leadership, organisational and delegation capability. Sound business acumen paired with solid administrative skills. A genuinely developmental approach to staff training and mentorship. Strong guest focus with a sharp eye for detail. Confident running every key function associated with a successful safari camp — front of house, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, stock and people management. Stable employment history with contactable references essential.
