??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a luxury safari camp in Limpopo to recruit an energetic and suitably qualified ????????? ??????????? ??????? This role is ideally suited to a practical, hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is comfortable living and working in a remote bush environment. The successful candidate will support the Maintenance Manager in keeping the lodge, guest accommodation, staff facilities and infrastructure safe, functional and well presented at all times. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, the role involves carrying out and coordinating routine and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs across the property. This includes electrical systems, plumbing, pumps and solar installations, as well as minor construction work and general building repairs. The successful candidate will help supervise the maintenance team and outside contractors when required, keep accurate records of completed work and equipment checks, and monitor tools, spare parts and supplies so that replacements are ordered in good time. The position requires sound technical skills, good organisation and a clear understanding of the standards expected in a guest-focused luxury lodge, where urgent faults are handled promptly and with minimal disruption to guests. Requirements • Relevant trade qualification or certification in electrical, plumbing or a related technical field • Proven maintenance experience in a safari lodge, hotel, resort or similar hospitality environment • Practical knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, pumps and solar systems • Experience in construction and general building repairs • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritise work and remain calm when unexpected maintenance issues arise • Experience supervising a small team would be an advantage • Good communication skills and a service-minded approach • Energetic, physically fit and comfortable working flexible hours in a remote location • Valid driver’s licence Salary – Basic R20K, negotiable depending on experience, plus benefits Contract – Permanent ?PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
