Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Management Couple to join a prestigious private game reserve in Hoedspruit. This exciting opportunity calls for two highly motivated individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality experiences.
Key Requirements:
Warm and engaging personalities, particularly in guest-facing roles
A genuine passion for hosting, organising, and delivering exceptional service
Proven team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
Previous experience in high-end hospitality management, preferably at 5-star level
Ability to work independently and thrive in hands-on operational roles
Flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas and differing viewpoints
Strong organisational skills, including resource allocation, implementation of control systems, and effective delegation
Solid understanding of Food and Beverage operations, including menu planning, costing, presentation, and wine knowledge
Experience overseeing maintenance operations
Live-in availability, with willingness to commit to life on a game reserve
Basic knowledge of local fauna and flora (advantageous)
Minimum Experience:
At least eight years’ relevant experience in the hospitality industry, or a diploma from a recognised hotel school
Extensive Food and Beverage experience as outlined above
Required experience and skills may be distributed between the couple
