Admin Manager Luxury Game Lodge – Limpopo Province Role Overview A well‑established game lodge in Limpopo is seeking a highly organised, professional, and detail‑driven Admin Manager to oversee the full administrative function of the company. This role requires someone who is thorough, confident, and capable of managing compliance, health & safety administration, financial support tasks, and general lodge administration. The successful candidate will supervise an administrative assistant and ensure smooth, efficient back‑office operations. This position suits an individual who thrives in a rural, secluded environment and understands the unique demands of lodge life. Key Responsibilities Administration & Office Management Oversee all main administrative functions for the lodge and company Manage filing systems, documentation, and internal communication Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date and correctly maintained Oversee Health & Safety administration and ensure adherence to standards Supervise and support the lodge’s administrative assistant Maintain professional, organised office processes and workflows Financial & Software Responsibilities Perform basic financial administration, including: Capturing invoices Reconciling petty cash Supplier statement checks Preparing financial documentation for accountants Use and maintain Xero accounting software (training can be provided if needed) Assist with month‑end processes and financial reporting support Operational Support Liaise with management and department heads to ensure smooth operations Assist with procurement, stock control, and supplier communication Support HR administration, staff records, and compliance files Uphold professional standards and ensure accurate record‑keeping Minimum Requirements Strong administrative background with proven experience in a similar role Basic financial administration skills (more advanced skills advantageous) Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and manage an assistant Experience working in a rural; secluded lodge environment Understanding of lodge operations and bush living (“bushwise”) Computer literate (MS Office essential) Personal Attributes Fun; positive personality with a professional approach Thorough; structured, and highly reliable Works well within a team and supports colleagues Well‑presented and confident in guest‑facing situations Adaptable; calm, and solutions‑driven Package Salary: R17;000 (without accounting software proficiency) Up to R22;000 for candidates proficient in Xero and stronger financial skills Negotiable DOE Roster: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off Accommodation: Own en‑suite room Food & Accommodation included Uniform provided Benefits offered once permanent employment is confirmed Availability ASAP
