We’re a boutique luxury beach house collection on the West Coast, and we’re opening a new reception, bar, and eatery — and we need the right person to run it. This is a rare opportunity to be the heartbeat of a small, special operation that genuinely cares about the guest experience. The Role You’ll be the first face our guests see and the reason they come back. Managing reservations, hosting arrivals, overseeing the bar, and keeping the eatery running smoothly — this role touches everything. It requires someone who is equally comfortable behind a desk and behind a bar, with the admin discipline to back it up. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing all reservations — taking, coordinating, and following through • Welcoming and hosting guests in a manner that reflects our luxury coastal brand • Overseeing the day-to-day running of our bar and small eatery • Maintaining strong administrative systems and accurate financial records • Handling basic financial management similar to boutique guest house operations • Being the standard-bearer for our guest experience at every touchpoint What We Need From You • Fluent, confident English — written and spoken, no exceptions • Strong administration skills — detail-oriented, organised, nothing falls through the cracks • Basic financial literacy — comfortable with daily reporting, reconciliations, and cash handling • A warm, outgoing, confident personality — you light up a room • A background in luxury hospitality is a significant advantage • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays • Someone with the ambition to grow with a brand, not just occupy a role What You Get A truly stunning place to work.
