Job Description & Requirements: • Assist with the management of all food and beverage operations within the lodge. • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained across all outlets. • Supervise, motivate, and develop food and beverage staff. • Monitor stock control, ordering, and cost management procedures. • Support budgeting, reporting, and operational planning activities. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and service standards. • Previous experience in an Assistant F&B Manager or similar hospitality leadership role. • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations within a lodge, hotel, or resort environment. • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. • Ability to work flexible hours and maintain high service standards. Package: - Salary: R25 000 – R30 000 per month DOE - Live-in - Meals on duty Start Date: ASAP
