Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a versatile and proactive Admin Reservation & Duty Manager / Housekeeping Supervisor for a luxury private game lodge located near Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal. This dual-role position is ideal for an organised and guest-focused individual with strong administrative capabilities and supervisory experience.
Administration & Reservations
Assist with reservations and marketing-related tasks
Perform administrative duties such as capturing expenses and income
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
Host guests and manage closing duties on a rotational basis
Housekeeping Supervision
Oversee a small housekeeping team (3 staff members)
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms
Uphold the property’s five-star guest experience across all departments
Work cycle: 21 days on / 9 days off (includes annual leave)
Uniform provided
Accommodation with en-suite bathroom and shower
All meals provided during working cycle
Gratuities paid as per company policy
Salary negotiable based on experience (R8,000 – R10,000)
