Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse and operational activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in an Operations Management or similar role
Proven experience managing 40+ staff members
Retail experience will be highly advantageous
Strong leadership, organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse and operational activities
Manage and coordinate a team of 40+ employees
Oversee picking, outsourcing, scheduling and dispatching operations
Manage cosmetics operations and ensure operational targets are achieved
Plan and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient operations
Monitor productivity, performance and service delivery
Ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time
Coordinate staffing requirements and operational schedules
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the operation
