Mine Technical Manager ( Spare Part/Sales (Vibrating), West Rand, Rneg
- 10+ mining industry, dealing with processing equipment.
- Exp vibrating screens, crushers, feeders, etc.
- Hands-on experience with spare parts management, supply chain, or after-market service.
- Technical screening equipment and components.
- Exp in inventory management, vendor relations, and logistics.
- Excel Super User
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the Spares and Services Department.
- Costing, quoting and processing of customer spare part requirements; drive repair requirements; equipment refurbishment requirements, and customer field services requirements.
- Expediting sales orders. Monitor collections and deliveries.
- Develop strategies to reduce downtime for clients via rapid spare part deployment.
- Oversee a team of technical and commercial staff, comprising 6 members.
- Service and support Sales Engineers, comprising 5 members.
- manage the Field Services teams
- Negotiate, Implement and Maintain Customer Supply Agreements.
- equipment maintenance budgets and life cycle costing.
