Position: Sales Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Pomona, Kempton Park
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 Basic per month (Depending on Experience)

OverviewOur client, based in Pomona, is seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Sales Administrator / Personal Assistant to provide administrative, sales support, and personal assistant functions within a fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring accurate administration, preparing quotations and invoices, and assisting management with day-to-day PA duties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a varied role and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Administration
Prepare and process customer quotations accurately and timeously.
Generate customer invoices and ensure all documentation is complete.
Assist with sales order processing and follow up on outstanding quotations.
Liaise with customers regarding quotations, orders, and delivery updates.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Assist with preparing sales reports and general sales administration.
AdministrationPerform general office administration and data capturing.
Filing and maintaining both electronic and manual filing systems.
Prepare and process company documentation.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Maintain office records and ensure administrative accuracy.
Order and manage office stationery and supplies.
Ensure the office remains organised and well maintained.
Personal Assistant DutiesProvide administrative support to management.
Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Arrange meetings and prepare meeting documentation where required.
Screen telephone calls and correspondence.
Assist with travel arrangements and bookings when necessary.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Reception & Office SupportWelcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
Ensure the reception and office areas remain neat and presentable.
Assist with general office support and ad hoc duties as required.
Minimum RequirementsPrevious experience in a Sales Administration, Office Administration, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
Experience preparing quotations and customer invoices.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
