Quick-service; healthy Food Outlet located at OR Tambo Airport is looking for a Barista. Responsible for preparing high-quality hot and cold beverages ; operating brewing equipment ; and delivering exceptional customer service . You will greet customers, take orders, prepare drinks to exact recipes, and maintain a clean; sanitary work environment . Duties: Craft espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffees, and teas while steaming and texturing milk to exact specifications. Greet guests warmly, educate them on menu items (origin, roasts, and dietary options), and make tailored recommendations. Clean; sanitize, and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and blenders. Process transactions via POS systems, handle cash, restock supplies, and monitor inventory levels. Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations. Requirements: Grade 12 A formal qualification will be an advantage At least 1 – 2 years relevant experience Proficiency in coffee extraction, calibrating grinders, and latte art A welcoming, engaging personality with the ability to multitask and remain calm during peak hours. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift supplies
