We are seeking a highly skilled CICS/MQSeries Specialist to join our dynamic enterprise IT team. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise in IBM CICS and MQSeries, ensuring the operational stability and high availability of our mission-critical transaction and messaging systems.
Deliver expert-level support and development across IBM CICS and MQSeries environments.
Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Ensure the high availability and reliability of transaction and messaging platforms.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in quarterly disaster recovery (DR) exercises and contribute to business continuity efforts.
Be available for standby and overtime duties on a rotational basis (1 in every 3 weeks).
Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with IBM CICS and MQSeries in large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in relevant technologies.
Availability: Must be available for onsite work and standby/overtime rotation as required.
