Visual Merchandiser – Fashion Retail
We are looking for a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our fashion retail team. This role is all about bringing our brand to life through inspiring window displays, in-store experiences, and innovative visual campaigns that engage customers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute window and in-store displays that reflect brand identity and seasonal themes.
Plan and launch promotional campaigns and activations.
Ensure consistent visual standards across all stores.
Source and style props, fixtures, and materials to elevate the customer experience.
Develop innovative visual initiatives to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate for quality and value.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance and provide feedback.
Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising best practices.
Create presentations, lookbooks, and visual guides.
Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Store Operations to align strategies.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform decisions.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail or related field (advantageous)
2–5 years’ experience in fashion retail visual merchandising
Proven track record of successful window campaigns and in-store activations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite – advantageous)
