? Sales Executive | Luxury Hospitality Portfolio | Bryanston ? Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive for a leading luxury hospitality portfolio based in Bryanston, Gauteng. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a well-connected hospitality sales professional with a proven track record in generating new business, nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets within the lodge, hotel and tourism sectors. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent negotiation skills and established industry contacts. ? Package • Salary: R30,000 CTC • Cell Phone Allowance: R500 per month • Laptop Allowance: R650 per month • Fuel Card: R3,000 per month • Medical Aid available as part of the CTC package • 5% mandatory provident fund contribution ? The Role The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through securing new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships. This role requires a proactive sales professional who is comfortable working independently, travelling regularly and attending industry functions and events. ?️ Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities across leisure, corporate and group markets • Maintain and grow relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, PCOs and production houses • Promote the company’s products and services to maximise sales growth • Conduct professional sales presentations, workshops and client meetings • Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting through to conversion • Develop and maintain an accurate client database and pipeline • Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management • Attend trade shows, networking events and industry functions • Travel as required to meet clients and develop business opportunities • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual sales targets • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and client loyalty ? Requirements • Matric certificate essential • Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or a related field advantageous • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience within the hospitality industry • Previous experience working with a hotel group, lodge group or hospitality portfolio preferred • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business • Existing relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, PCOs and production houses highly advantageous • Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Valid South African ID • Valid driver's licence • Ability to travel regularly and attend after-hours functions when required • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills ✨ Personal Attributes • Dynamic and highly motivated • Target-driven and commercially focused • Professional and confident presenter • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Self-disciplined and able to work independently • Organised with excellent attention to detail • Positive attitude and team-player mentality ⚠️ Please note: Due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
