? About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Training & Systems Support to lead client training, software implementation, and support functions. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape strategy, inspire teams, and ensure our clients unlock maximum value from our innovative software solutions.
What You’ll Do
? Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of training, implementation, and support professionals
- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centric service
?? System Implementation
- Oversee end-to-end software implementation for clients
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage risks, timelines, and successful project outcomes
? Training Strategy & Delivery
- Design and execute impactful training programs tailored to client needs
- Oversee development of engaging training materials and content
- Deliver or lead interactive training sessions (virtual and in-person)
? Customer Support & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure prompt, effective resolution of client queries
- Gather feedback to continuously enhance training and support services
- Drive client satisfaction and system adoption
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the client—sharing insights with Product and Development teams
- Partner with Account Management to strengthen long-term client relationships
? Project & Resource Management
- Oversee planning, resource allocation, and delivery across all initiatives
- Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
? What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field (Postgraduate advantageous)
- 7–10 years’ experience in software training, implementation, and client support
- Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, change management, and adult learning principles
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
