An established audit and advisory firm is expanding its team and is seeking seven ambitious graduates to join its SAICA Training Contract programme. This opportunity offers broad exposure across audit, tax, and advisory services while working directly with a diverse client base. You'll develop technical expertise, strengthen your professional judgement, and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment.
This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about accounting, enjoy solving problems, and are committed to achieving the CA(SA) designation. You'll be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities from the outset while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals dedicated to your development.

What You'll Do
Perform audit fieldwork and prepare working papers in accordance with ISA standards.
Conduct tests of controls, substantive audit procedures, reconciliations, and analytical reviews.
Assist with the preparation of Annual Financial Statements using IFRS and IFRS for SMEs.
Gain exposure to CaseWare and Draftworx in preparing financial reporting documentation.
Support income tax, VAT, and provisional tax compliance activities.
Liaise professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Develop practical experience across audit, tax, and advisory engagements.
What You Bring
BCom Accounting, BAcc, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
CTA or PGDA completed or currently in progress will be advantageous.
Strong academic performance in Financial Accounting and Auditing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to CaseWare and/or Draftworx would be beneficial.
Valid driver's licence with own vehicle preferred or required.
South African citizenship or valid work authorisation.
