Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the Telesales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Implement sales strategies to grow market share in the pharmaceutical environment.
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with Sales Reps, Marketing, and Customer Care to support business objectives.
Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) – Tertiary qualification in Sales/Business advantageous.
Proven experience (3+ years) in telesales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Target-driven with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
