Job Summary
A new and growing Dental Supply Company representing leading international brands, based in Midrand, Johannesburg, is looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketing Support Role to join their team. The company supplies and installs dental chairs and related equipment to dental practices across South Africa.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, building relationships with dental practices, and promoting products to generate new business opportunities, while also providing administrative and coordination support to the sales team on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to dental practices to introduce and promote products and services
- Generate leads and identify potential new clients
- Follow up with practices regarding product enquiries and opportunities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on the road
- Maintain and update client information and call records
- Build and maintain professional relationships with dental practices
- Assist with general office administration where required
Requirements:
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or call centre experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to commute to Midrand (candidates living in or near Midrand preferred)
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
