Technical Solutions Lead | Sandton, Johannesburg Join a leading ultra-luxury safari operator and experiential travel company as a Technical Solutions Lead, providing technical leadership and hands-on expertise across digital platforms, enterprise systems, integrations, and technology initiatives. In this role, you will oversee solution design, system enhancements, integrations, vendor engagements, and technical change initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable technology outcomes and support a unified digital ecosystem. Requirements: -5+ years' experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, Solution Analyst, or similar role. -Strong hands-on experience with enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, SQL, reporting, and data solutions. -Ability to assess technical solutions, identify risks, and guide implementation decisions. -Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advantageous: Experience in architecture, digital transformation, SaaS platforms, or IT governance. Relevant certifications such as Agile, ITIL, TOGAF, data, or security certifications.
