Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Business Manager to act as a bridge between technical teams and business strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing technical operations, managing projects and resources, and ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with organisational objectives.
The successful candidate will lead technical teams, drive project delivery, manage budgets, and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business outcomes. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable engaging with engineers, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and align IT strategy with overall business goals
- Drive the full lifecycle of technical projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and compliance with technical and security standards
- Oversee the successful rollout of major projects by coordinating cross?functional teams and ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Manage technical staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team development
- Manage budgets related to technical projects, resources, and operations
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and non?technical departments or clients
- Ensure consistency, accountability, and quality across technical delivery and operations

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience managing technical projects, teams, and operational delivery
