We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, with practical experience using digital recruitment tools such as Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, technology-savvy, eager to learn, and interested in ICT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Assist in sourcing candidates using Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Screen, shortlist, and communicate with candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage professional candidate communication.
Support recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings and outreach campaigns.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal review.
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and operational efficiencies.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
ICT recruitment and talent acquisition experience is mandatory.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment and Human Resources.
Must reside in Johannesburg.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
