Duties:
Coordinate international procurement of raw materials and stock from overseas suppliers
Process export documentation and international sales orders
Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and international service providers
Manage international shipping, clearing, and forwarding documentation
Support international logistics and warehousing operations
Monitor foreign warehouse inventory across multiple sites
Handle invoicing and support debtor and creditor administration
Foster strong relationships with international customers and suppliers
Provide general administrative support to the international sales and procurement teams
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain roles
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and C
Experience in shipping, import/export processes
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
