Are you a driven, people-focused sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Service Consultant to join a dynamic team in the cleaning and disinfecting solutions space.
? About the Role
This role focuses on servicing, retaining, and growing an existing client base, while identifying new business opportunities. You’ll also provide hands-on training to clients on product usage, safety, and best practices within retail and food service environments.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of clients
- Build strong relationships to retain and grow accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Introduce and promote new products within your client base
- Train customers on product application, dilution, and safe handling
- Report on new business prospects and market activity
- Ensure accurate and timely administration and reporting
? Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical sales or service role
- Industry experience in retail and/or food service environments is highly advantageous
- Experience in the chemical or hygiene industry is beneficial
- Strong presentation and client training skills
- Matric (Grade 12) required
- Diploma in Sales/Marketing (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
