Senior Technical Consultant (Agiloft Enterprise CLM) | Fourways, Gauteng (Hybrid) | Permanent

This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, leading the design and delivery of Agiloft Enterprise CLM solutions across the full lifecycle. From discovery and solution architecture to configuration, integration, testing, and go-live, you will ensure delivery excellence at every stage. You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels, translating requirements into scalable, maintainable systems that enable efficient and compliant contracting processes.

Beyond delivery, you will play a key role in shaping internal capability. This includes mentoring consultants, defining delivery standards, and building reusable assets that enhance consistency and efficiency across projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead structured discovery workshops with stakeholders from executive to operational level
• Translate business needs into detailed solution designs, configurations, and integration mappings
• Own Agiloft CLM architecture including data models, workflows, automation, approvals, and security
• Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions to ensure usability and scalability
• Lead integrations using no-code connectors and API-based approaches
• Define and execute testing strategies, including UAT support and defect resolution
• Drive go-live readiness, including release planning, cutover, and hypercare
• Provide high-level technical support aligned to ITIL practices
• Develop reusable templates, accelerators, and delivery assets
• Mentor and coach consultants while maintaining quality and delivery standards

What You Bring

• BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience delivering workflow or BPM platform solutions
• Strong experience with low-code/no-code platforms and integrations
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle delivery across complex workstreams
• Hands-on coding or scripting experience
• Solid understanding of APIs, REST, authentication, and integration concepts
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability
• Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• High attention to detail with disciplined documentation practices
