This role is responsible for driving the full lifecycle of Agiloft Enterprise CLM implementations, from discovery and solution design through to build, testing, and go-live support. You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels, translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing workflow solutions. The position blends hands-on technical delivery with strategic consulting, ensuring solutions are both robust and aligned to business outcomes.

You will take ownership of solution architecture, integrations, and delivery standards, while mentoring team members and contributing to reusable assets and operational excellence. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys solving complex problems with practical, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into solution designs
• Architect and configure Agiloft CLM solutions, including workflows, data models, and automation
• Design and implement integrations using APIs and no-code connectors
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including UAT support and defect resolution
• Drive go-live readiness, release planning, and hypercare support
• Provide technical support and contribute to knowledge management practices
• Mentor consultants and enforce delivery standards and best practices

What You Bring
• BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience delivering workflow or BPM solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with low-code/no-code platforms and integrations
• Solid coding or scripting capability with understanding of APIs and data structures
• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery across full project lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving ability
