This is a remote position.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and accuracy
Resolve issues efficiently and follow up on customer interactions
Maintain thorough records of interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Previous customer service experience (call centre or remote work preferred)
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and email/chat systems
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace at home
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (some flexibility may be required)
Pay Rate: Competitive monthly rate (commensurate with experience)
