Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the heavy machinery sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a deep understanding of the heavy machinery industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and foster a culture of success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders to identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
