Our client is looking for a Senior Remote Assistant (2) to join their team in Johannesburg. Despite the title, this is not a remote position — the successful candidate will work full-time within the practice and play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client.

Minimum requirements

• Matric

• Previous sales and/or customer-facing experience will be advantageous

• Previous administrative experience will be advantageous

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, people-focused practice environment

• Must be willing to work retail hours (45 hours per week), including weekends on a rotational basis, with every second weekend off

• Must understand that this is a full-time, practice-based position and not a remote working role

Duties and responsibilities

• Work full-time within the practice and interact with a diverse range of clients and people on a daily basis

• Welcome clients in a warm, professional and confident manner, creating a positive first impression of the practice

• Build strong professional relationships with clients by demonstrating genuine interest, approachability and excellent interpersonal skills

• Engage confidently with new people on a daily basis and adapt communication style according to different personalities, needs and situations

• Create a comfortable and welcoming environment where clients feel valued, respected and at ease

• Communicate clearly, confidently and professionally with clients, colleagues and relevant stakeholders

• Listen attentively to clients, understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance and guidance throughout their experience

• Deliver a high standard of customer service by ensuring that clients receive professional, friendly and attentive support

• Apply sales skills and a customer-focused approach to identify client needs and confidently promote suitable products and services

• Contribute towards achieving sales targets and practice objectives through a driven, proactive and results-oriented approach

• Assist in creating a positive client experience that encourages customer satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business

• Manage client interactions professionally and remain calm, positive and approachable when dealing with different personalities and situations

Remuneration

Arrangement from R 15 000 - R 20 000 Cost to Company, depending on experience
