The TCoE is a centralized testing function within Group IT.
Provides specialist testing services, expertise, processes, and tools.
Mandated to deliver independent software testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Ensures quality assurance across all projects under execution.
Analyses and understand non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with Technical Architecture, Infrastructure, and Tools teams to:
Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools
Set up and manage the performance testing tool suite
Produce and maintain the Performance Test Plan.
Define performance testing approaches and methodologies.
Design, develop, and maintain:
Load and stress test scenarios
Non-functional test cases and procedures
Performance test scripts
Execute non-functional tests and analyze results.
Log defects and track them through retesting to closure.
Maintain the non-functional test script repository.
Plan, execute, and report on all performance-related testing activities.
Support walkthroughs and inspections of load and stress test procedures.
Assist in additional performance engineering activities as required.
Senior Performance Tester with ISTQB Foundation certification.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in performance testing.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience using LoadRunner.
Senior Test Analyst qualification:
BTech in Information Technology or equivalent degree.
Resource must be based at MWP.
Participation in Client TCoE knowledge-sharing sessions is mandatory.
Active contribution to skills transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.
The tenderer must fully meet the defined scope of work and technical requirements.
The tenderer is responsible for:
Vetting, evaluating, and interviewing proposed resources
Declaring resources technically compliant and fit for purpose
Declaration serves as formal confirmation of capability and compliance.
If any resource is found to be underperforming:
The Client may request a replacement
One replacement opportunity will be granted
Continued under performance may result in task order termination without penalty to the Client
Monthly review meetings will be scheduled by the Employer’s requesting manager.
Deliverables will be reviewed during these meetings.
The tenderer is responsible for completing all follow-up actions within agreed timelines.
Ad-hoc meetings may be scheduled to:
Address continuous improvement initiatives
Resolve operational or contractual issues
Additional review meetings may be requested by the Employer’s requesting manager.
Independent third parties may be included in review meetings if required.
Meeting minutes will be recorded and maintained by the Employer’s requesting manager.
