Our client is looking for a HR Coordinator in Edenvale Johannesburg Gauteng to support the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and employee relations.

Min Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a coordinator or administrative capacity.
- Knowledge of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding – Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Records Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage HR databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Employee Relations – Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- HR Administration – Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters of employment, and termination notices.
- Training and Development – Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management.
