Job Summary
Job Objective:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources functions, providing strategic directions, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR Policies and programs to support the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives that drive organizational success
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Lead the recruitment process for key positions, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting top talent
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization
- Oversee performance management processes. including goal-setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a trusted adviser to management and employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement Employee engagement initiatives, programs and events to foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and employee satisfaction.
- HR compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with all applicable Labour Laws, regulations and company policies, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence.
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks and liabilities, conducting investigations and Implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design of compensation and benefits Programs, ensuring competitiveness, fairness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation and benefits offerings.
- HR Operations and Systems: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Utilize HRIS and other technology platforms to automate HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Track and manage business visa applications and renewals for employees or business visitors and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master's Degree)
- Years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and regulations
- Leadership and management skills, with ability to influence and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and delivering impactful HR initiatives.
