What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of major retail accounts and driving collections
- Performing detailed reconciliations on high-volume, complex accounts
- Investigating and resolving claims, deductions, and short payments
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
- Using Syspro 8 daily for processing, reporting, and account management
- Preparing age analysis and cash flow reports for management
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in credit control within the retail sector
- Strong Syspro 8 experience (non-negotiable)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables; macros advantageous)
- Ability to manage large data sets and complex reconciliations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
