Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in data-centric environments
Working knowledge of data management, data governance, and data concepts
Experience delivering data projects within the Banking or Financial Services sector
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
Desirable:
Experience or understanding of Data Compliance
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP)
Exposure to regulatory environments without being in a purely compliance-focused role
