Duties:

• Drive policy sales and term warranty premiums, ensuring compliance and maintaining a customer-first approach

• Engage with lead providers and customers courteously and professionally

• Execute sales processes with expertise, attention to detail, and integrity

• Promote additional products where appropriate to maximise each lead’s potential

• Use interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of products from potential customers

• Accurately identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening

• Match benefits accordingly and demonstrate how products satisfy customer needs

• Share best practices and insights with the team to improve collective sales performance

• Understand and overcome objections with appropriate responses

• Manage time effectively, especially in remote work situations

• Consistently meet and exceed performance targets in a disciplined, deadline-driven environment

• Continuously improve skills through ongoing practice and development

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales or call centres

• RE5 qualification is essential

• Experience in Term Warranty/Vap is highly desirable

• Fluency in English and at least one other official language

• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills

• Ability to conduct needs analysis and negotiation

• Excellent time management skills
