??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with one of Africa’s most iconic luxury safari and conservation operators to recruit a commercially driven and analytically sharp, Johannesburg based ??????? ??????? This is a senior revenue management role with full accountability for pricing, inventory, and demand strategy across a portfolio of ultra-luxury camps. The position is responsible for protecting ADR and channel mix while driving total revenue and profit performance. You will develop and maintain the pricing architecture, manage demand forecasting across an 18-month horizon, and oversee inventory controls. This includes displacement analysis, stop-sell decisions, and tactical rate adjustments to optimise performance across peak and shoulder periods. Working closely with the Sales team, you will manage channel strategy across direct, DMC/wholesale, consortia, GDS, and OTA, and ensure rate parity across all platforms. You will lead the weekly revenue meeting and produce monthly performance reporting for senior leadership. The role includes line management of the Reservations Team, with responsibility for service standards, booking accuracy, conversion rates, and reservation procedures. You will handle complex booking issues and ensure inventory is managed correctly across all systems. Requirements ● BCom degree in Finance, Informatics, or Analytics. ● A minimum of five years of revenue management experience within the luxury hospitality or hotel sector. ● Expert knowledge of pricing, forecasting, and inventory controls for limited-inventory, high-ADR products. ● Solid understanding of the trade ecosystem including DMC/wholesale, consortia, GDS, and OTA economics. ● Advanced Excel and BI proficiency across platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. ● Hands-on experience in PMS/CRS/RMS systems such as Opera/Protel, SynXis, or IDeaS/Duetto, and channel managers such as SiteMinder. ● Analytical, commercially minded, and an effective communicator who drives cross-functional results. ● Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership presence, and a genuine passion for conservation, sustainability, and luxury guest experience delivery.
