FSH Group - The George Sinovich Collection - is looking for dynamic, experienced Floor Managers to lead front-of-house teams across our portfolio of premium Johannesburg hospitality venues: The Codfather, Bowl’d, Riboville, Sxy Fsh, and MIRA. This role could be based at any of our venues, matched to your experience and our current needs at the time of hiring. Job Description: As Floor Manager, you will oversee the dining and lounge floor at your assigned FSH Group venue, lead a front-of-house team, and ensure every guest gets a premium, seamless experience, from table service through to bar and lounge standards. You will report directly to venue Senior Management. Strong leadership and an eye for detail are essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily floor operations including opening and closing procedures. Supervise and train floor and bar staff to deliver exceptional, consistent service. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely, accurate order delivery. Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain a clean, organised, welcoming restaurant and lounge environment. Oversee stock, restocking, and supplier ordering. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Work with management on strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Requirements: South African ID or valid work authorisation. Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in restaurant, lounge, or hospitality settings. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal ability. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
