Our client a leading, and fastest-growing multi-unit franchise operators in the U.S., is looking for a senior-level digital marketing leader to support and execute their customer acquisition strategy across 13 automotive repair locations in Chicago. You’ll partner directly with their U.S.-based marketing consultant and leadership team to develop, manage, and optimize a suite of digital marketing tools and platforms, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, website content, creative performance, and customer journey automation. This is a mission-critical hire as we scale our newest brand pillar—Fix Cars Fast—and work to deliver data-driven, customer-first experiences across our retail and fleet business. Own the Kukui digital marketing dashboard, including editing websites, reviewing SEO/SEM performance, and coordinating with their account team. Monitor and optimize Google Business Profiles, local SEO rankings, and customer engagement metrics. Lead technical implementation and content updates across 13 location-specific microsites. Collaborate with U.S. marketing consultant to implement weekly and monthly digital strategies, tracking lead volume, web traffic, CTRs, and ROI. Maintain and update a shared performance dashboard used to review store and campaign success with the executive team. 5 years of experience in a similar role.
