Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing advisory team.
- Set and monitor KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster collaboration across business units to enhance client growth.
- Drive quality referrals for ESD123 & Skills123.
- Promote client retention through strategic advisory services.
- Participate in the Technical Committee and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Ensure quality control through review of strategic plans and client reports.
- Develop and implement tailored advisory strategies aligned with client goals.
- Provide on-site and remote B-BBEE system support.
- Conduct gap analyses, audit support, and strategic plan reviews.
- Analyse financial, supply chain, and HR data to assess compliance and risk.
- Meet referral and performance targets across Impact services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Degree (MDP preferred)
- Expert knowledge of B-BBEE legislation and sector codes
- 5+ years managing client portfolios in SaaS B-BBEE or verification
- Proven leadership in advisory and support teams
- Experience in structured advisory process development
