Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and manage projects across multiple teams within the KYC (Know Your Customer) space. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between operational leaders and development teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
What you'll do:
- Manage projects across multiple teams and business units.
- Provide cross-team leadership and manage three senior managers running the operations team.
- Set and manage expectations across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical alignment.
- Drive project delivery using Waterfall methodology.
- Document planning for all project phases and deliverables.
- Work with legacy systems and ensure smooth integration with new technologies.
- Handle IDP (Identity Provider) integration and manage escalation processes effectively.
Your Expertise:
- Proven experience in Programme Management within large, complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Banking experience is highly beneficial.
- International Payments and Trade Finance experience is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with KYC processes and compliance requirements.
- Solid understanding of project governance and reporting.
- Experience working with legacy systems and integration projects.
Project Focus:
- Automation initiatives, specifically Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Exposure to Tungsten is advantageous but not mandatory.
