Job Summary
We are seeking a Procurement Transformation Specialist to drive procurement excellence, support
transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks within a dynamic
environment.
Key Responsibilities
1 Lead procurement transformation initiatives
2 Drive Preferential Procurement and Supplier Development strategies
3 Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
4 Ensure compliance with B-BBEE and Mining Charter requirements
5 Analise procurement data for cost-saving opportunities
6 Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies
7 Support continuous improvement of procurement systems
8 Utilize SAP (MM, FI, PM modules) effectively.
Minimum Requirements
1 Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Commercial disciplines
2 Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience in mining or manufacturing
3 At least 2 years in a procurement transformation role
4 Experience in Preferential Procurement, Supplier Development, and SRM
5 Knowledge of B-BBEE and Mining Charter scorecards
6 Experience with SAP (MM, FI, PM modules)
7 Advanced Excel skills
8 Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
