WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a dynamic and strategicPR Account Director who can take ownership of client accounts, build trusted relationships and deliver impactful PR and integrated communications campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and strategic thinker with strong media relations experience, a proven track record in corporate and consumer PR, and the ability to turn bold ideas into measurable results.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring high-quality PR and integrated communications delivery

• Develop positioning, messaging and reputation management strategies tailored to client needs

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor

• Lead media relations and leverage established media relationships while identifying new media opportunities

• Develop and execute integrated PR and communications campaigns

• Oversee campaign planning, execution and reporting, ensuring measurable outcomes

• Manage project budgets, timelines and deliverables effectively

• Work independently while maintaining a strong record of high-quality output

• Drive strategic thinking while ensuring excellent execution across all client work

WHAT WILL YOU NEED

• 7–10 years’ experience in PR, communications or reputation management

• Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering integrated campaigns

• Strong experience across both corporate and consumer PR

• Excellent understanding of media relations, digital PR and corporate reputation

• Strong client management and relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple deliverables

• Agency experience is preferred

• A strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills

• Confident, persuasive and engaging communication style

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
