Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HANA Consultant / Architect responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP HANA systems. This role involves designing robust and scalable SAP HANA landscapes, optimizing performance, and ensuring system availability to meet evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and related systems, including experience in cloud migration, SAP Basis, and integration across SAP and non-SAP applications. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality, strategic solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the client-facing lead for SAP HANA projects, guiding solution design and implementation.
  

• Design and implement SAP HANA system architecture, data models, and infrastructure strategies.
  

• Configure, manage, and optimize SAP HANA landscapes for performance, scalability, and high availability.
  

• Perform data migration from ECC, BW, CRM, SCM, SRM, and other systems using SAP LT (SLT), SAP Data Services, or other appropriate tools.
  

• Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health.
  

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored guidance on SAP HANA best practices and technical roadmaps.
  

• Implement and support cloud migrations to SAP HANA (on AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP).
  

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational procedures.
  

• Work cross-functionally with other SAP teams (Basis, Functional, Security) to ensure integrated solution delivery.
  

• Stay informed on new SAP technologies, particularly around SAP BTP, SAP ASE, and evolving S/4HANA capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience implementing and managing SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments.
  

• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, BW, CRM, SCM, SRM, and HCM integration points.
  

• Experience with cloud migration and working in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
  

• Proficiency in SQL, SAP ASE, and SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation).
  

• Experience with SAP Basis administration including backups, performance monitoring, and system upgrades.
  

• Solid grasp of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and related services.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  

• SAP HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA certification strongly preferred.
  

• Additional certifications in SAP Basis or SAP BTP are an advantage.
